For this ETC Webinar, Belarus Free Theatre’s founding artistic director, Natalia Kaliada, talked about the learnings, good-practice and challenges of working and rehearsing online.

While many theatres during the covid-19 pandemic were facing the challenge of learning how to work and rehearse online, others were very used to this way of working. For the past ten years, Belarus Free Theatre has been creating dozens of shows and educated hundreds of students in their Fortinbras programme via Skype. An incredible achievement for the teams based between Belarus and the UK.
